Please help - we just bought a ps5 (disk edition) and the fc24 disk - meanwhile I also purchased playstation plus account. Ultimate team is not working “cannot connect to ultimate team at this moment”
Restarted, downloaded app, rebooted router - this is really impossible and honestly a disgrace of my time and money.
I would really like support here…
I bought the game digitally today aswell, same problem. Connected to psn and ea servers. Can play pro clubs,, volta abd seasons but cant get into ultimate team
Chatted with EA “After investigating on this same, we have escalated this issue for your FC 24 team and they are working on the new update to fix this issue. The only update we have on this is that, they are going to roll out an update to fix this issue for all the players affects.”

Hey, having exactly same experience - bought PS Plus and son already had fc24 on disk. He can do ultimate team on fifa23 but not fc24. How did you get to chat to EA? Do they have to know the individual people who are having this issue? Will keep an eye on here and hopefully we get sorted.
Managed to chat with someone this morning. Said they’re working on it and it’s a problem at their end. At least that’s something.
For us the issue was resolved - today we could access ultimate team!
