Same issue here.... All restrictions removed but still getting online services unavailable due to parental controls/ age restrictions. Playstation have confirmed all settings are correct their end and I need to speak to EA. How ??

- @chunky76_uk I've managed to submit a case via email - I had to select one of the help options that they can't deal with via a forum post - Category was "missing content" - and then there is an email us option.
Still waiting for a response though. Thanks, if you manage to sort it please let me know, I’m the mum and trying to deal with an upset son, he can’t get onto any of the online content!
Thanks LKW... This is so poor. EA support is just non-existent. Other forums I have found suggest using the EA app, which I have installed checked and there is nothing about online services.
My son is having the same issue. Anybody got a workaround yet?

I'm getting this issue with my son's account too. Wasn't a problem with FC24, extremely annoying. Interested to hear if anyone gets a resolution.
Sorry but the EA rep on chat failed to fix the problem - supposedly they have raised a bug report!!
2 and a half hours and got no-where.
Out of interest, what PS model do you have?.. we are still on PS4.
