You should be getting this prompt when first logging in to Ultimate Team on the device you play on. The prompt will not appear on the app. You also need to be on the same console family. For example, you can't transfer points from Xbox to PlayStation. Information on transferring points can be found here.

Right. I’ve done all that, still no prompt.
I bought the game from the Saudi store. Will the points come to my American account? Note that I have not yet entered my Saudi account.
