Founders evolution libertadores

Hello.

I thoguht copa libertadores cards +75 were considered as gold specials. If I remember correctly they count for SBCs and also they are in packs when all items are specials. 

But it seems they are not meeting the founders evolutions special requirement.. so I cant evolutionate a Cavani...

Should EA correct this? Has anyone hear about it?
