FUT CHAMPS REWARDS MISSING

Hi,

I'm having an issue claiming my FUT champs rewards on PS5. When I opened up the game today, they were not here. I played atleast 10 games and got a low 25 or 26 points but still obviously expect my rewards to be here. This is the 2nd time this has happened, it also happened on my PS4 account prior to acquiring this one.

Please help if you can, thank you.

    Not missing but I was in my last game of FUT champs and I was winning 5-2 with like not even 20 mins left and the guy quit (like literally wasn’t even moving anymore) but when my screen loaded it said i needed to refresh my app. When i logged back in it said that i didn’t get the win for my account and i would’ve ended fut champs 10-10 to get the 45 pt reward packs and coins. I’m very frustrated I hope this can be resolved for me.

    I need to know too. Finished champs at 2 yesterday and still cant claim my rewards
