FUT Champs Rewards

I played champs this weekend and stopped at 9 wins. I was supposed to get an 85+ x2 but when i opened it, i only had one player. In my head i thought i must've read it wrong and it was only one player, but today i came across someone opening rewards on youtube and they also got 9 wins and the pack did in fact state it was a x2. I don't know if its too late to get compensation but i need fodder for POTM Son.
