FUT team transfer from Fifa 23 PC to EA FC 24 on Xbox

I played Fifa 23 FUT on my PC and used the web companion for SBC completions. I have since purchased EA FC 24 on my Xbox, and even though I have linked my Xbox live account the web app for FC 24 is showing me as a PC player. How do I get rid of my PC team and start fresh with my FUT team on Xbox? Or is it possible to transfer the team name from PC to Xbox?

    You can manage Ultimate Teams that are on different personas linked to the same account. So, if you have a team on PC, Xbox and PS, each of those should be manageable through the app as long as each account is linked to the same EA account.

    I'm sorry to say, but you can't transfer your Ultimate Team between platforms or console generations. Once you create a club on FC 24 on your Xbox, it should show up in the app.
