Glitch delay, players move slow and AI doesn't help you well

There is a big delay bug I've been going through since the game started, I can't move as quick as it should, I even have Patellas 96 OVR and she moves like an 50 OVR player, this happens to me every 8/10 I've played and even with a good wired connection, it's frustrating because the other dude's players seem to move normally and only I don't. I have never experienced such thing since I started playing UT in 2012. The AI also gets completely broken, it can't defend, pass nor intercept simple passes and I already sawany videos of people saying to fix it by turning off the playstyle+ animation and other graphics but, still I have the same problem over again.
