GLITCHED CONTENT, EA OFFERS NO HELP

Hello,

this is unacceptable and last time i buy any EA game, also will tell anyone i talk too never to buy an EA game.

I have 2 glitched players in shop, bought them with coins for a value about 45k, they turned untradable immediately after buying and i cannot send them to club, just a glitch happens and they stay in the shop untradable…

EA i asked for help in 3 different emails, they just ask me for the same info i have provided when i first given them my issue AFTER 2-3 days like they are trolling me on purpose… i paid a lot for this game and i couldnt play between last update because the whole game was stuttering uncontrolably. Please offer me a refund or something or make someone attend the issue fast…
