Got a base icon in TOTY promo pack

Question

I purchased a 2,000 fc point promo pack and instead of getting a toty icon it&nbsp; gave me a base icon instead. The pack weight description described getting gold cards, totw cards, toty promo and toty icon promo, It said nothing on chances of getting a base icon. This is icon I received in the promo pack, Base Icon Kluivert.&nbsp;

@chaggsdagod   Base icons are available also as they are currently in packs too.The pack weight doesn't list every card type available.
