Hey all, as we have repeatedly stated this is not a big or an issue.
This is working as it should and if you wish to gain access to the transfer market you will simply need to continue playing.
All the info can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea-sports-fc/transfer-market-web-and-companion-apps/
It may take a week, it may take two, it may take a month or more for it to unlock.
No one at EA can grant you access or speed it up.

Hi Darko.
I, myself, have worked on customer service too.
I know is not the same as your role here, but it shares some aspects.
I get it, you are not able to provide a solution more than repeating the instructions you were given. And really, won't judge you.
What it infuriates us, and we know you know that, since you and your colleagues are full grown ups, is to keep treating our posts with such condescendence.
You just replied to a post complaining about your team attitude and practices, doing the exact same thing:
Just said that this is not an issue. What do you mean is not an issue? Maybe for you. But for us it is an issue.
Are you implying that only what you consider an issue, gets to be one? C'mon men, don't treat us like children. If it's an issue for your users, IT'S AN ISSUE.
"This is working as it should". Yeah? According to the info you repeatedly provide, it should work after you meet the stated requirements on the help article. Yet people who meet the requirements, still no luck. Or maybe, just maybe, there's another hidden requirement that we, as a blind group of people, can't read.
Then, you come here and auto award the accepted solution. I get it, they told you to do so. But it just keep perpetuating the same attitude.
And finally, you let go a little outrageous information:
It may take two weeks or a month.
Oh so you do acknowledge that the "playing two active days would normally earn you access." phrase on the help article, is stating that what's happening it's not normal, huh?
So something that's not normal still not an issue?
This is what's wrong with your general responses about this subject.
I know it's not your fault, I know you cant' do nothing about it. But what you CAN do is not treat us like we cannot connect to neurons together and think.
