I have tried to contact EA help regarding my missing UCL hero pack. I then got an email about twitch drops which is not what I wanted. Has anyone else gotten help with missing UCL hero pack?

Hello everyone, Just as a reminder, to be eligible to receive the UCL Hero item, you have to pre-order the Ultimate edition BEFORE the 22nd of August. as per the game and offer legal disclaimers. After some investigation we noticed that a lot of players preordered after the 22nd. In this case, it is intended that you don't receive the Hero item.

Have not received my UCL hero pre order pack.

am one of the people who requested the game Fc24 early, but I did not receive the hero player. I hope you solve the problem as soon as possible.

UEFA Champions League Ultimate Team Hero Player Item will be available from November 27, 2023 at 2:59pm PST, and all other Ultimate Edition content will be available from September 22, 2023 (consumer local time) unless otherwise noted.

Hey @Community Managers (or people that know the answer),

If I buy EA Pro Play today while having the normal game already, i will get the UCL Hero Pack tomorrow right? I'm pretty sure thats how it worked last year, but if you can confirm it, it would be great
