Help “Lost connection to opponent” in rivals while using Evolutions cards.

This issue started about 3 days ago. I have been trying to play rivals with my evolution players in ultimate team but every time I load into a game and my opponents team is done getting previewed I get the “Lost connection to opponent” message. I have tried loading in with a bronze team, silver team, and all gold team (excluding evolutions) and they have all gone through and I have been able to play a match. This has to be a bug because I’ve tried loading in with my main team that has evolution cards in it for 3 days now and I keep getting “Lost connection to opponent”. I have contacted the “EA help” and an advisor told me uninstall and install my game but it did not work and have not been able to get in contact with anyone else. Please I need help resolving this issue.
