Horrible gameplay

Servers are in terrible shape - EA, you shouldn't let FUT Champs play

in such technical condition.

Even the Main Menu itself is difficult to use.

It's like a manager allowed to drive a new highway full of potholes.

Terrible gameplay, stuttering and wasted waiting for Fut Champs.

Striker 88 crosses Vidic 94 without dribble, tricks by lags. Much worse than last weekend.

So fax I was up in rivals division 1, 3-0 and ea servers kick in and I end up lagging because the game any other game I don’t lag I have good WiFi and the game sucks and I just lag horribly and lose

The only way to not have problems with this Game - it’s simple. When i don’t play i am not beeing kiced out f the servers - i was playing SB game but the servers could not process  my reqest SO i Lost NEXT of won matches. I even can not do sbc because the game freezes and crashes.  My players take time before they start to run, before they can pass, my oponents team does not have this issues. So because ea can not make a game for me to play and have fun i will never play any ea game in my life. Never ever. Too much.

It is unfortunate, but EA's ideal customers are those people who just spam tackle button, and every 3rd or 4th game players like that HAVE to WIN.

There is a science behind that (read below):

Dr Jaak Panksepp was a neuroscientist who who studied the role of play in rats. He removed the cortexes of rats to see if they still wanted to roughhouse with other rats, and they did. Rats would play a wrestling game where they would pin each other to the ground, which they still did when their cortexes were removed. This showed that the impulse to play came from a very primitive part of the brain, one which is likely shared with all mammals, including humans.

That was his most famous finding, but within that something very interesting, especially in the context of poker. Larger rats would invariably beat smaller rats most of the time, given their ‘pinning’ game was very body weight dependent. But when larger rats would not let smaller rats win once in a while (Panksepp estimated around 30% of the time), the smaller rats would stop playing with them. They no longer wanted to play when it was impossible for them to win, they were fine with losing most of the time, as long as there was a chance they could win.

@Boy_Systematics unfortunately that's not quite the same as online play...and the only rats in this game are the ones who constantly use every glitch, con, and game error to abuse their way to wins every game.

I've played every variation since Sensible Soccer 93 and let me tell you, those early days were the best by far. 

No glitches that would mean you would see a defender kick the ball the length of the field for a forward, who is 105 years old to score easily, nor would you see players bouncing of others like they had just run into a brick wall.

Some of the biggest culprits are the content creators. Without them letting the world know what glitches to use, or what is the new meta tactic, I reckon this game would be a bit more fun, sadly they will never go away.

@Burnzee I agree about content creators.... but they are just ultimate rats tailoring content to favorable EA FC audience.

There are ways and tactics to play against rats, but sometimes EA makes it very difficult (and in some cases impossible) to play against rats. Having a significant delay between controller input and player reacting means..... you know, makes thing very hard, good luck with right stick player switching (feels like having a stroke: I moved up and it selected player that was right what is happening to me), and when on top of that game decides to deplete stamina of your players..... and if that is not enough adding a cloak of invincibility to wingers letting them to perform Forest Gump runs, well....

The worst thing is when you know what rat will do, and the game does everything to prevent you from stopping a rat.

It really boils down to what I wrote before (and there is a science behind it): if those players don't get a win every 3 or 4 games, they will stop playing the game, and EA is doing everything in their power to keep them playing.

I am fine with losing from a better player, and I am fine losing from a worse player as well, what I am not fine with is playing a rigged game. Example: rat is performing "Forrest Gump" run, I have a defender with 99 sprint speed, slide tackle+ playstyle and 94 defending slide tackle, who when pushed X for slide tackle decides to slide 90 degrees from the Forrest Gump and let him through..... or when I am attacking to have Chick-Norris-Likes successfully performing Mae Geri slide tackles on my CMs from the edges of Milky Way....

All I am trying to say that this game Is broken.

Could be your connection or the server you are connected to. Nobody seems to know why this happens and no one at EA seems to adress it.
