how long does it take to appeal my ban?

I was playing Fut Champs, suddenly EA said I'm cheating and giving me a 7 days ban

So i need to wait for 7days? Are there compensation for these non-sense ban?

I haven't finished my Fut Champ yet, and many mission reward.

Is this how EA treat a normal player?
