3 days ago I bought 1050 FC Points and they have not been charged to my account, I have already contacted EA Help, I have sent them all the tests they have asked for and I still have no solution, and I need those Points to be able to evolve my players , and said evolution is going to expire if I can unlock it, please I need a solution as soon as possible or who I can contact directly. As I already said in the message, I contacted EA Help days ago but they did not give me a solution, too much time has passed. In less than 24 hours the evolution I want to unlock will be gone and I still haven't received the FC Points, which is why I bought them.
