I can’t open Ultimate Team

As a test, do you have a different PSN ID you can try logging into FC UT with?

PS4. Other games work online its just FUT that keeps giving me an error. 

What platform are you playing on?

Yes this also did not work. I am still getting the error

Did you try connecting over a mobile hotspot?

I am having this same issue. Cant access FUT on a PS4. Career mode and other game modes work fine. Already tried resetting wifi and deleting and re-installing the game. As well as your other suggestions. Please let me know if there is any way to restore my FUT access. 

As a test, try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can connect or not. This is only a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.

Hello, thank you for your help. I followed your instructions, but it didn’t work. It still says, “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.”

Hi there. Try power cycling your network equipment by unplugging your modem/router for a couple of minutes. Then plug them in again. Next, power cycle your PS5 by holding down the power button until it turns off. Power it on again and see if you can connect to Ultimate Team. Thanks!
