I cannot restore discarded player while having three restores left!

I discarded Benzema on Nov 5, and I tried to restore him the next day, but it wouldn't let me. It'd take me to the club page and a message appeared in a red box that said "An error occurred while trying to load a discarded items". I tried that everyday and the same thing appeared. Every other dates work just fine. Today is my last day to restore a discarded players from Nov 5th. Does anyone else have this issue?

I contact EA a few minutes ago, the person said he will report it to the team and try their best to help me. And he asked me to put this issue on here.
