i have been banned

Hi i have been banned for my ultimate team name i don't see how you can ban me for using 1 of my favorite players names which is Dirk Kuyt my team name is FULpresDIRKh3ad i play the whole of fifa 23 ...

The word dirk and head should be punished in a game with a pegi 3 rating if I remember to be honest

the game may be pegi 3 but ultimate team comes somewhere between pegi 12 and pegi 16
