I packed a duplicate and it disappeared

I packed a duplicate bernardo Silvia thunderstruck and it disappeared. I could’ve used it in a sbc. This is completely unfair. This happened 5 minutes ago. I have not received a rare jumbo gold players pack and 1500xp for the puzzle challenge either. I have marked me too on that topic. Happened last week.
