I win games but they count as losses

Question

I win games then after the game is finished, I get a message that the game is unable to process something then it is counted a loss. This is so annoying and it did not happen once or twice. What is the explanation of this?!!

@garycarroll9416 I deleted the game then reinstalled it. It happens less now than before but it happened again yesterday. I was playing a coop with a friend. We won the match. It showed him that we won, but for me, it gave thr same message and it was considered a loss
