If you're not going to give us back our rewards , at least inform us !!

on 23/07/2024 , i was playing FUT CHAMPIONS (finals) , i finished by hitting 14 WINS(at around 15:45/16:00 UTC+1) . After checking my rewards , i figure out that you rewarded me with rewards rank 7 or 6 instead of rank 4.
You told us to send you informations about that day and what happened , and we did.
Finally , after 3 days of waiting , you didn't took any action and you didn't even answer us ! Are we going to get our rewards back ? how ignorant are you ?
