Incorrect pack content
Hi EA, just opened a promo content pack and pulled Team 1 Birthday players. Double Lavelle walk out... please help... surely Team 2 was supposed to be in packs....

Wow this is the response I received today.
After conducting a thorough investigation, I regret to inform you that the studio have investigated and confirmed that the pack is configured correctly and is giving the intended content in line with the pack description. The player cards in these events are acquired by chance. This means you can receive Team 1 cards even if you purchase Team 2 cards. I understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. Your feedback is invaluable, and I've made note of our conversation.
