Unfortunately, we're not able to refund accidental purchases. The best I can advise is to be more careful in the future.
To say it was then I expressed myself wrong. The only reason that the pack opened was because of the servers.
Do you know how long it takes to get 700k coins? And to lose all that time because of something like this feels awful.- EA_Aljo
We're not aware of any server issues that would cause this. If you're frequently lagging, we can go through some connection troubleshooting.
No server issues!? The game literally crashes for everyone every day. And packs opening in slow motion doesn’t seem like the servers are good
