Is it possible to unlock web app transfer market for Nintendo Switch?

I've been playing consistenly since launch and now it's Christmas but my transfer market is still not unlocked on the web app. EA chat continues to say just keep playing but I've fully completed each season including the bonus objectives yet I still don't have access. If it's not possible for Switch owners then please let us know and explain why we've been misled that it would be possible. I quite like my squad so I continue to grind for now but really need access to the web app market to complete the bigger SBCs. I'm very dissapointed by the responses from mods on this website and EA chat on this issue. The EA documentation is quite clear that the market should unlock after 2 days playing 3 games each day but if it doesn't then EA have no answers and can seemingly do nothing to help.
