Is quick selling the only option for duiplicates?

New to EAFC for some years. I recently bought the 2000FC point pack and the premier player, and more than half of the pack were untradeable duplicates. I feel like EAFC just stole $20.

Is this just the risk you take? I would say the majority of my packs' premier player is a duplicate and untradeable, so I am forced to quick sell for nothing as I cannot list on the market. Is this just how it is or is there another options? Putting in hours of work just to have to give up an 85+ duplicate is brutal. Help!
