Issue with adding new twitch account

I removed my old twich account and want to connect the correct one, but i have this error, how can i fix it ?

Hey @stasonu,

An EA account can only ever be linked with one of a specific type of account in its lifetime. So if you've linked a Twitch account previously, then you won't be able to link a new one. We have an article with some more information here:

How it is possible? i dont have access to the old twitch account and want to connect the new one and i cant do it ?

i unlinked the old twich account from EA account

@stasonu,

Again, unfortunately it's not possible to link a new Twitch account. You can always relink the old Twitch account if you'd like, but you won't be able to link a new one.
