Ive been sbc banned for no reason

I've been doing sbcs casually to try and get players and I've been banned completely it's not letting me do any player picks unless it's on the app. I've checked my ban history and it has no history saying I've been sbc banned so please sort this

    Hey @RonnieCal,

    If you submit a large number of SBC's shortly after each other, that can cause a sort of soft-ban on your account. It won't show up on your ban history, but it should expire by itself in about 24 hours or so. I'd just refrain from doing SBC's until then.

    It happend at 11 in the night Im waiting  that long  how am I gonna get banned for something your supposed to do on the game I paid 60 pound for this this is ridiculous

    This is bull**bleep** bc even tho it’s in futties and they wanna bring out reapeatable player picks for **bleep**ing futties what do they want us to do and how **bleep**ing long do we get sbc banned for

    It’s happened to me 4 times in the last 24 hours this games terrible what’s the point in sbcs being in the game if I can’t do them definitely not buying fc26 now
