Jeremy Doku TOTS attacker plus fault

When I attempt to evo my 85 rated Jermey Doku with the TOTS Attacker Plus evo, it continuously states I already have a evo of this player and won’t let me continue. All of the requirements are in the green and I’ve also noticed the evo is available on FUTBIN. Could you point me in the correct direction on how to fix this or is a typical EAFC fault?
