joao Felix showdown SBC expiry time early!

 I had 8 out of 9 squads done for felix showdown sbc. Yous removed the sbc 3 hours early! I wanted to complete the sbc today as it said yesterday it expired at 6pm but it has expired at 3pm. I had 1 87 rated squad left. I would like to resolve this issue by refunding the players I submitted or by allowing me to complete the felix sbc which I wanted to complete. He also expired 5 hours before the Barcelona vs athletico Madrid match today, whereas bastoni for example expires in 2 minutes (4pm) when the Napoli vs inter match is played at 7:45pm! I would like you to respond to this message soon as I am dissatisfied by the false information about his expiry time!

    J'ai une le même problème que toi, j'ai soumis 8 des 9 équipes du DCÉ ShowDown de Joao Felix et il ne me restait qu'une seul 87. 

    Je veux donc moi aussi me faire rembourser tous les joueurs que j'ai mis dedans ou pouvoir le finir.

    Où puis-je donc allez voir pour que mon problème soit résolu et que pour un gestionnaire de communauté et les experts du jeu me contactent ?

    I had a similar problem I started the sbc at 2pm and saw it expired at 3pm I did both 88 rated squads and then it wouldn’t let me submit any more giving me errors and saying I had an ongoing session on console so I logged out of companion app and tried logging onto console and couldn’t get into console then couldn’t get back into companion. I tried on multiple devices for an hour then the sbc expired at 3pm. Ea help has been useless just saying they have passed the issue onto the team. I just want my compensation of the Joao Felix SBC that I was doing and couldn’t finish due to EA’s bugs.  Have lost my players submitted and not got Joao Felix because of Eas problems. I just want my compensation.
