Missing player after over 2 weeks

So I had an issue that I reported during black Fridays 85+ player pick sbc. I completed it picked my player. The pack then went into unassigned and the player disappeared from my club... as you can imagine as I'm complaining it was a pretty good player... so I reported this and was told I would recieve my player numerous times that I had to be patient well I'm now running low on said patients and would like mynplayer and compensation for the excessive wait and misinformation from advisors...

The help system is more broke than the gameplay!
