Missing players and coins Ea fc 24

I had 426k and all of my players from the transfer list or squad got quick sold, now i have 10k and apparently i had quick sold enzo fernandez nike mad ready card but i never even had it and another enzo fernandez card is on my transfer list, sold. I have 2 cards that are missing from my squad, one of them is gold van dijk and other one i dont know, but they dont show in the quick sell recovery page on companion app, it all happened out of nowhere and i am desperate to know why it happened and for this problem to be solved

    I dont think i got hacked, maybe im wrong, i opened a case about this situation, but when i enter my email there doesnt show anyone that logged in on my account,

    Yeah maybe i got hacked, i checked everything in my email, and then remembered about a link my friend sent me, with toty vote, and i had to log in, and i did because it looked exactly like ea (yes, im dumb), i say maybe because it might be an older link because the card design was tots, i found the link, it is [REMOVED] , i checked with virus total and there is no malware or anything at all, but then i googled about it and sites say it is suspicious, if i got hacked and lost my coins and players, it there anything ea can do? What about it is just a bug or something?
