Missing Rewards from FCPRO

I didn't get rewards regarding FCPro.I don't have my rewards regarding yesterday's event and still no rewards from the whole of FCPRO Season 9.From my calculations:Jumbo Rare Player Pack Loan TOTS Player (30 Games) Jumbo Premium Gold Pack Rare Electrum Players Pack 400 XP Jumbo Premium Gold Pack Rare Electrum Players Pack 400 XP Premium Gold Players Pack Rare Players Pack 83+ Double Pack all missing from season 9, and&nbsp;400XP, one jumbo premium pack and a rare players pack from yesterday. I tried contacting EA Help a lot of times over the last month and all I'm told is there's nothing I can do except waiting and people refuse to give me instructions on how to file a complaint. Ridiculous.

this is my 3rd time complaining. I haven't received my fc Pro watch xp in ultimate team. I'm owed 800 xp and 2 packs. I would also want extra xp as compo as this is now false advertising its been well over 80hrs!

Good luck man. Been at it for a month and nothing yet. Now they just stop replying and disconnect lol.
