Missing Season Rewards.

Question

Last week on Friday I started playing my weekend league when I was at level 18 for the season rewards. Finished all my games in one setting and then went to check the season progress only to see that I'm now at level 25 for some reason! There was no way I could have accumulated all those xp just through Champs games. Anyways, the problem is that the game (and mobile app) is showing me that I have claimed all of those rewards when in reality, I did not claim them and they were not auto-claimed either because I don't have any of the rewards packs in the store and didn't find any of the tifos in that I was supposed to get anywhere in my club.

Is anyone else having the same problem? If so, did anyone get compensated for the lost packs and items??

I am missing 10k XP for season rewards.i didn’t receive xp rewards from last season. support said i have to say it here that i want free XP. and they didn’t assure me about how much time will it take. season 2 is almost over and i need the xp for season 2.

@Golden_boy1990h Season rewards on page 5 and 6 are mostly same. You might be confused between page 5 and 6.

Page 5 shows level 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25.
Page 6 shows level 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26.

Hi @sanket_360&nbsp;,I'm aware of this visual representation and it's not the issue here. As I explained in my original post, the issue is that it's showing me that the rewards for levels 19-25 were claimed when I have not claimed them and they were also not auto-claimed either since I cannot find the items and the packs associated with levels 19-25 in my store or club.

@Golden_boy1990h someone having your account access might have already claim them... may be your brother / friend?

Check club for tifo/theme (for example level 23), something must be there in you club.

We have lots of pack now a days, so we might open but didn't realized from which objective it came from.

@sanket_360&nbsp;No one plays on the account other than me. I checked my club for items like the cold control tifo (level 21),&nbsp; and snowy slopes stadium theme (level 23) but they are no where to be found which indicates that I never claimed them. I have all the other tifos and items from the previous levels and I never discard those.&nbsp;I was very aware of what was happening. I started playing Champs when I was at level 18, finished my games and I was suddenly at level 25 and it showed everything was claimed. I tried to claim them at the time and did not see a claim option and did not find the items or the packs in my club.I reported the issue to EA immediately when it happened and still did not get any resolution.
