Mobile App "Submitted" for SBC when I never hit Submit. Lost nearly whole team

PLEASE help me with this.  I was using the mobile app to complete a few SBCs, and was working on the 86+TOGTS, Winter Wildcards, or FC Versus Player Pick.  I had squad builder create the initial team to use for this, when I tapped on Subs on my screen I got notification that I had completed the SBC, and helplessly watched the majority of my Starting 11 be pulled away from me for an 86 overall at worst.... can EA Help PLEASE help me recover my lost players?  I haven't opened the SBC player pick in the store yet because I don't want to do anything else before I get help with this.  I'm sick over losing these players that I had spent so much time acquiring.  Please tell me there is something that can be done to help me reverse this?

I lost the following players that I would have NEVER traded:

Casemiro - 90  ST

Udogie - 88 LB

Rodri - 91 CM

Ederson - 88 GK

Assignon - 86 RB (Evolved)

Stones - 87 CB (Evolved)

On my subs bench the following players are gone as well but honestly I don't even care about those, I just want my team back.
