EA dont respond to critisism. The things you mention in your post, we all experience it, and EA wont do anything about it. I understand your frustration, I’ve been there, posting on the forums, trying to get in touch with EA… Nothing helps! EA will always point at you when there is problems with the game. I quit playing months ago, because the game isnt fun, it only gives you stress. EA FC is a broken mess from A to Z, and every patch makes the game even worse. And it wont change, not now, not when 25 is released, ever. Because EA is EA. They are tricking kids into gambling, thats what this game is about….gamble packs, or surprise mechanics if you ask EA. The company is rotten to its core, and I cant wait to see their fall. This year was EAs opportunity to show their loyal customers that they could make an enjoyable game…But instead they showed their true colors….they showed that they are nothing but a pathetic online casino, that dont care about their players. EA fooled me with their false advertisment, and they wont get another cent from me ever again.
Even if ea doesn’t respond they pass this stuff onto the devs. Here is a response by ea thanking the other posters for being critical of the game. That’s how you bring about change and improve the gameplay.
But yeah if your gameplay is fine offline and you get delay online it’s probably connection related. Rather it’s on eas en or yours hard to tell. I know I never have issues with my connection. Hopefully more with connection issues post theirs though and maybe it will help.
It happens in squad battles too, it's just that squad battles is more forgiving, the same stupid things happen online and you get punished massively.

Mate I’ve shown the quality test reports and they all come back perfect. Even in game it says 9ms ping. I do think there could be some kind of issue between me and the EA server but all test's prove fine. I want someone at EA to look at it. Can you arrange that for me? I just want some help. I’ve done more than enough to have someone from EA help me. I don’t know what to do what would you do if it was you?
I would suggest contacting support but you already have. Unless more report like people did for South Africa not sure what they can do.
