MY BAD FC24 VIDEOS! ADD YOURS HERE! EA RESPOND!
Hello EA.
I've contacted customer services many many times, however nothing gets done or fixed.
I wanted to provide you with an email with links of all my issues with FC24.
I keep getting told it's my end, my ISP can't find a fault and I now have Playstation Support Investigating the consistent issue of bugs and gameplay issues.
This product is unfit for purpose, I'm really disappointed that you allow such a poorly executed product be released. From buggy menus, crashes, same players in packs I've bought with FIFA points multiple times is only the tip of the ice berg.
The gameplay is nothing but atrocious. I want to know what's causing this. The money I've spent to ensure the issues are not my end have become unfair, especially when we as a consumer contact you and no one ever responds.
Please see below all details of my issues and what's been sent to Playstation support to investigate.
Year after year my gameplay ONLY in FIFA am I only having this gameplay issue.
100% of my games have this gameplay delay / input delay / slow responsiveness issue. The game offline feels completely fine, also when playing games every now and then everything feels ok, which is why I know there is an issue.
Firstly, I don't want a refund I want a good experience gaming without having to feel frustrated every time I play a game of FC24. These issues only happen when playing this game.
So far I've done the following troubleshoots, I'm wasting lots of money and time on this and I'm very very disappointed it happens every year with this game and Playstation allow it to happen.
1. Bought a PS5
2. Bought New Pro Controller
3. Bought New Ethernet cables
4. Bought new HDMI 2.0 cables
5. Upgraded my ISP package (now 500mb+ Full Fibre with BT)
6. Bought Gaming Router - No help.
7 Wire connection.
8. Play off peak times and days.
9. Contacted my ISP / EA Help / Playstation Support no help from anyone everyone points the finger at the next.
10. Rebuilt data base
11. Deleted cache
12. Restore Licences
13. Deleted and Reinstalled FC24 multiple times.
Bow I've had enough, I'm ready to quit gaming after so many years of being a loyal customer to Playstation. I've had enough to be honest. it's the only hobby I have after a busy work schedule and all I want to do is relax and enjoy a game win or lose without having to deal with bugs / glitches / server issues and location matchmaking that's unfair.
With all the above done my service should be perfection.

Delayed player responses to my inputs, players moving slowly, players turning the wrong way, player switching not working and so on. The gameplay feels a split second off from my inputs and my opponents are running rings around me. It's a lot worse the last few weeks.
1. Player shot is weak for no reason
2.when Player switching to new defender he refuses to sprint making a strange delayed run animation giving player space to score.
3. I win the ball, player number 5 does not lock on to the ball and runs away. My whole defence then is delayed in my inputs.
4. Haaland a 91 rated player moves in slow motion this happens to all of my players most of the time but you can really see it here, turning like a truck, passing slowly it's difficult to play.
5. The defender clears to Harvey Elliot a 89 rated player, the ball bounces off him, no attempt to control the ball as the responsiveness is not there then a forced slow paced jog to win the ball back.
6. I pass the ball to a player in the 6 yard box for a first time shot, he controls the ball while turning his back to goal for no reason. Letting the keeper save it.
7. Allison my Goalkeeper is 89 rated, amazing passer of the ball, I request a first time pass when he receives the ball this input request is not registered in game giving the ball away. This is not acceptable with my set up.
8. player equalises against me, then quits the game, I did not get the win. This is cheating. I called them out for it and they reported me to playstation. I should of had the win because they quit. I lost my 2 win streak bonus on this when I did nothing wrong.
9. In the first part of the video you can see my defence does not want to work for me, standing still and even when player switch he runs the opposite way. I then go on the counter attack and score, I wanted to show you this so you can see I'm a efficient player at the game and all of these videos are not excuses of skill level.
10. Simple pass to my attacker and the games system to player switch does not register and delays in switching to my attacking player causing my attack to go wasted. This is probably the best visual example of how my gameplay feels.
Please help me with this issue, I just want to enjoy FC24, I don't want a refund I want something done about it. I keep getting put with players from France, Germany and my gameplay is at its worst when playing people from Netherlands. I'm based in Liverpool UK why am I not playing UK players.
This takes a lot of time to provide proof, contacting you and writing up emails to help me. I don't really have the time for this and the frustration of this experience plus all the wasted money on trying to fix it is not good for peoples mental health.
Please sort this out and find a reason why my end is always delayed and not my opponents.

I have won the ball with an Icon card Cannovaro.
I press pass, the input is not registered, the player stands still and I the player switch is not responsive enough to defend the attack.
I lose possession and concede a goal based on delayed gameplay. It's unacceptable.

I just wanted to provide more of an update on whats been going on within the game for me.
The game has now been deleted after spending more money in the game.
I bought one of the most expensive packs twice. I got the same cards in the game twice as my main prize. Totally unacceptable. EA should have data reports on my pack contents to prove this.
Please see video recording of the pack opening. The other opening was the exact same two main prize cards. These packs are very very expensive!
Virgil Van Dijk - I switch to him to sprint and close down the attacker, he does this extremely strange slow jog forcing me to be unable to defend.
Paused in game menu bug, side menu does not allow me to pick the correct page to make changes. I have more of these videos
Pass goes the opposite way. You can see on my controller overlay that the sticks switch to the right, but this was for my attacking player I passed to to run towards the ball. I have my settings for passing to start of animation.
I'm on the EA Official Forums and lots of people are now complaint, plus streamers are now complaining of how bad this game is. I'm really surprised there is no quality control and Playstation, Xbox or PC to allow this to happen every year.
60 Pages + of complaints on the official Forum just in one specific topic.
I've added many comments to this topic with replies from EA representatives saying it's nothing to do with EA.
The EA representatives say that not enough people are providing video evidence like I am so they will not take action, yet when people do upload complaints to the EA forums no one is ever answered.

I've spoken with ISP they have ran more tests and I've ran tests with EA Connection Quality. Deleted the game, rebuilt database and deleted cache again. Reinstalled the game and this is what I'm getting.
I've took a screen shot of the connection quality control of the specific game I've provided footage of above.
I'm furious to whats going on here, this is beyond a request for a refund, you guys have wasted so much of my time trying to fix this at my own cost with no technical support. The Fifa community are really fed up with talking to a brick wall. The gaming experience is horrific.
