Try exiting out of Ultimate Team and loading back into it. If he still doesn't show up, open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. Instructions for doing that can be found here. Thank you.

I finished the new Xavi Simons SBC 2 minutes before the refresh and did not get the player...EAFC I need you to look into this and provide me with a solution.
