Network Connection Issues- EA FC 24

I am not sure if this is a glitch in the game or an employ of the DDA in the game, but I keep getting this connection error (either yellow or red) symbol at the top of my screen during every match I play and it is not my network connection causing the issue as it has always been good, it always says 26-32ms when joining a game, and it also says my connection is a '93/100' on EA help, with an average ping of 31.6ms and 7.24ms of 'jitter' which means that according to EA, as far as I can tell, it should stay below 39 most of the time. However this is simply not the case as every game I play I am having this connection error symbol and horrendous delay that feels like I am on 400+ms. Which according to the EA help connection status report, is not possible. I have actually videoed my screen at times to analyse the input delay of just a simple pass, from when I press the button to when the power bar begins to light up, and it came through at roughly 700ms which is definitely not possible according to you guys. Of course, I understand that my controller would experience input delay however, I have tested that too in offline gameplay and its delay is negligible. This error on your part is losing me matches and making the game unenjoyable to play so please fix this because I can't stand playing your horrible game with even the slightest bit of delay as it just makes it unbearable, as for some reason, you guys feel the need to nerf everything about every single attribute of every one of my players just because of this supposed network error, rather than just giving me a delayed input.
