No Companion App access
Hey so I have FIFA 23 on PS, and I had the Companion app access on it. Recently I've bought FC 24 on PC, but I can't access the Companion app. Does it need to be "earned" every "new" game or should I have it?

Please double-check if you are using the same EA account on your console and PC. To be certain, go to the Connections page in your EA Account settings and verify that you have logged in with the correct email address.
Let us know what error message you see on the web app.
- @EA_Pulsar yes my PSN is connected to my EA account and it's the right one. I just checked my EA connections and also my Amazon Prime rewards went to my PS on FIFA 23 and came to my PC on FC 24.
