No founders rewards received - EA Play subscription then purchased Standard Ed.
Is anyone having an issue where if they played FC 24 during the early access week and then purchased the game fully that they didn't receive their Founder rewards?
Note this is an issue I am having on a Steam release/purchase.
When I log into the game before I enter UT I can see in the top right corner of the screen that it says I am a Founder and has the icon there too.
Just to test incase the game thought I was still running on an EA Play subscription, I cancelled it, to no joy.
Anyone else able to relate?
EDIT -- Only thing I haven't tried that I can think of is to do a re-install of the game.
I got mine eventually but not at first as kept saying I was on trial. Once I fully rebooted the game they appeared when I next loaded up the game
