No FUT Web App Transfer Market Access (Matches Played, my only account)

Transfer Market on Web Companion App still not unlocked after many matches. Anything I can do about this? Background: Been playing FIFA my whole life, but have not played FUT in maybe 6 years...

  I am not 100% sure but for new user it is recommended.
