Off ball fouls / Blocks

Don't know if anyone else is having this problem but literally every game at the moment i'm having players constantly fouled off the ball when making forward runs or playing one-twos, and the same when i'm trying to chase back and defend. An AI player will cut in front of my player and even if you try to move to the side around them your player just won't move, almost like they're glued to the opposition player.

Also doesn't help that the pace and strength matchups make absolutely no sense on this game. I can have a 6ft4 95 strength CB flopping to the floor or being stopped from moving by a 5ft4 70 strength attacker with minimal contact
