Pack Luck - Not getting any good drops!

Dear Ea, I get 12k fifa points every day, I open all the promo packages in the store. 

I constantly deposit money into the game, I complete all SBC tasks, including icon upgrades.

But I don't have even one toty player. , Not even one beautiful icon actor came. 

I haven't been able to buy one good player for about 2 months, even though I spent a lot of FIFA points. 

I'M THINKING OF QUITTING THE GAME I'VE BEEN PLAYING FOR 10 YEARS, PLEASE GIVE ME THE PLAYERS I DESERVE.

@EA_Aljo  I think the main issue that 90% of the community have been trying to say is that the probabilities are too low.

For a current example;

Your "Elite TOTY Pack" costs 600,000 coins or  3,000 FC Points ($33.45 real money)

It has the following weight:

6.0% TOTY
3.8% TOTY Icon

So mathematically speaking to have a 100% chance of packing a TOTY Icon player I would have to purchase 27 (100 / 3.8 = 26.315...) Elite TOTY Packs which would cost $903.15 real money, but even then that wouldn't guarantee a TOTY Icon player.

Does that seem fair to you?

it’s a joke. i’ve opened everything under the sun and haven’t packed a single promo card in ages. it’s like EA don’t want me to get anything. i have to go out and spend my own money to get something good. you don’t get rewarded for playing the game at all. 14 daily logins just to open the 83x20 and get an 86 🤣🤣

Congratulations on giving your hard earned cash to a company who don’t care…..I’ve opened 100 plus 83, 84, 85 plus packs etc and got nothing either, which were all free packs that I saved along the way

the only way anything will change is if everybody hit EA in the pocket by not buying in game premium currency. Which we all know won’t ever happen.

EA also realising that it won’t be long before all this pack opening for currency will be banned like it is in a few country’s already, it will spread…as it’s a gambling addiction category it’s falling into
