parental controls prevents log on to server

My son isn't able to connect to the online service for FC24. The error says it's disabled because of parental controls. I have tried temporarily disabling all parental controls and making sure he's allowed to play this age of game etc. I've done everything else I can think of to get him online but it still does not let him. He is 9 years old and ultimate team is his favourite thing to do. He was able to play absolutely fine on FIFA 23, so I don't understand why it won't let him on FC24. Any suggestions would be really helpful as he will not be playing this game if he can't play ultimate teams.
