Anybody found a solution to this yet? Having the same problem but it's only started happening since December (stepson had the game from release date and was playing the online game modes fine for a few months).
There is no option anywhere in PSN to change the DOB of an account, so this isn't a solution.
I have also tried setting his games allowed age to 1yo, so that he could request my account to play the game, but this doesn't work either.
Seems to be zero engagement from EA on these forums so if anybody knows anywhere else to get help that would be great.
