My son has an adult EA account and a adult PSN account, but still unable to access Ultimate Team on PS5?
This is crazy that EA can't publish a proper guide re solving this.

my son (14) cant play FIF25 either - he has a child account but i have set everything as unrestricted and he still cant play. he plays all sorts of online games with no issues but this has me tearing my hair out!!! Come on EA this is very poor form after shelling out a lot of money for a game he cant play...
