Even if your own account is set to adult, a child's profile will not have access to online features. You can find more information about how parental controls impact child accounts here: How parental controls impact child accounts.
My son has an adult EA account and a adult PSN account, but still unable to access Ultimate Team on PS5?
This is crazy that EA can't publish a proper guide re solving this.
