@Cam3131 Yup, worst of the worst. Had too many games now. Not spent a penny trying to build a team, yet have one I'm happy with, then see all the wallet warriors teams, embarrassing and frankly disgusted at them all. No skill, just money.
@Burnzee I was playing div 1 rivals yesterday and managed to get promoted to elite but in my first 5 games every single player had one of 97 Cruyff, 97 Haaland, 97 Mbappe or 97 Van Dijk.
The team I had to beat to get to Elite included TOTY Cech, TOTY Mattheus, Golazo Roberto Carlos, Evo showdown Akanji, TOTY Ferdinand, Alphonso Davies SBC, Havertz TOTS, Birthday Gullit, TOTS Rodri, TOTS Putellas, Al Owerain SBC, TOTY Mbappe, TOTS Son, Drogba golazo, Palmer TOTS, Foden TOTS, Messi TOTY and McGinn TOTS
Like do you know how expensive that team is?! There's no way you get that just from pack luck or even getting rank 1 every week. When he switched on the auto press it was physically impossible to get out of my own half so i just had to lump it long constantly. It's SO boring to play and i'm amazed i beat him in the end
Contrast that with the guy i played in Div 1 who had a full team of Evos with Mavididi and he absolutely destroyed me. Sadly that type of player is rare though, the majority is P2W teams and auto pressing

I read your post, and as a player, I understand the feeling of facing an opponent with a higher overall team.
Building up a good team and trying to improve it week after week is important, and I'm sure Virgin Van Dijk TOTS can help you in defense more than an 80 rare gold card. But it's more important how you play the game and the strategy you adopt against your opponent. You can watch many players doing challenges on the Internet with a full Rare Gold Players squad, hitting level 1 in the UT Champions Finals, playing and winning against dream teams.
If you want, share your Team and tactic with us and tell us what you find difficult when playing against those teams (for example, the defending or they press you a lot so you can't counterattack) so that we can try to give you some advice.
Hey @EA_LeonSK , to be honest, i actually have an incredible team this year that I love using and i'm in the elite division so it's definitely working for me. I made the initial point about "Whoever pays more wins" out of frustration more than anything, i went on to win about 4 in a row after i made the post
The thing I find crazy though is just how many people have multiple 5m+ players in their team. Like even with me having a better team than i've ever had on FUT at this stage of the year... Still 95% of the players I play against have more expensive teams than mine (But i guess that's to be expected in elite div).
I think it really spoils the fun when you play against someone you know full well you're better than, but they get such a massive AI advantage by having a team full of the most expensive players you can possibly get in UT. I know that some people do just get good pack luck, but it's pretty easy to tell when someone has spent loads of money to build their team vs someone who's genuinely earned it

@EA_LeonSKIF two people play against each other let’s call them player A and B and A spent a lot of money and has 95 rated all meta players and B only things from free packs and cheap market players (91 rated) and they both have the exact skill - who will win the competition?
One other thing the same connection. Because if the game is played on players B server and player A is from north of Sweden than it can go either way.- EA_LeonSK

Because if the game is played on players B server and player A is from north of Sweden than it can go either way.I got your point; in a situation where two players use the same tactic, same strategy, and have precisely the same skill level, you expect better players on the pitch to make the difference. But this is a hypothetical and impossible situation.
Also, we should consider our concentration level when we play Ultimate Team: You could have a day when you're more distracted and make mistakes or another day when you overperform, exceeding your expectations. This happens to real football players, and it may also happen to us when we play FC during the day.
It's impossible to face an opponent, and you both have the same skills, tactics, strategy to score and defend, and concentration level throughout the match.
