Ping Spike and Packet Loss

First of all, hello, I had to reopen the previous threads because they were closed.

I have a connection problem that I've been having for about 2 years and I've never been able to fix it, whenever I enter a FUT match I get a random packet loss warning and ping warning, and this continues with the ping spike problem;
Since I switched to the PS5 version of the game, the animations have become more important and this packet loss problem causes a lot of errors in the gameplay, I have a constant button delay and constant incorrect changes in the switches made with the right analog.
I was doing E-Sports on the Pro Clubs side before these problems occurred, I don't even play the game maybe once a month now, does anyone have any suggestions to fix this lag and packet loss problem?

Description:

This video is a short summary of my experiences for the last two years it has been getting worse and worse, every game is delayed. Players turn slowly, can't dribble, they are like trucks, they need a second to start running, the ball bounces off them, everything is out of sync and player switches with the right analog make me switch to the wrong players. My ping is constant, I'm on a wired connection, and the game didn't used to be like this, it was more responsive but now it's unplayable. It's hard to see anything from the video. You have to play the game to feel the difference. Please fix this as soon as possible.

  • Try the connection faq. If that doesn’t work show your isp your low score and see if they can fix it.

    I have already done all this, and they have been closing my complaint records for a year and a half without a solution because they cannot find the source of the problem.
    I'm stuck at this point, especially my connection is unplayable when playing FC24.

    Hey @viscagala13 not really a whole lot we can do beyond recommending troubleshooting steps.


    Has your ISP worked with you to improve your connection using more advanced steps?

    A lot of the time this can be a routing issues and is on your ISP side, could ask them to look at how your data is being routed.
